Andy is an evidence-based fitness coach who designs his client's exercise programs using the latest scientific research and professional experiences from around the world. Each client begins with a thorough assessment to identify individual strengths, weaknesses, and goals. This ensures every training session is not only personalized, but purpose-driven for the long-term—whether you're transitioning away from rehabilitation, preparing for competitive sport, or optimizing long-term health & fitness.
Standard personal training sessions are 50 minutes in length, with some sessions ending earlier at 45 minutes or extending up to 50 minutes depending on the day’s programming. For those with tighter schedules, 30-minute sessions are also available upon request.
Yes. Andy specializes in coaching beginners with a strong focus on mastering the fundamentals, and helping experienced athletes break through plateaus.
